Selecting and obtaining a world class portfolio of wines is a task that takes lots of time, resources and, most of all, a genuine passion for wine!

Needless to say we have built up contacts with many outstanding suppliers. Below we introduce some of them - although, if you are a wine lover many of them will need no introduction to you!
Firriato
It seemed to everyone to be an impossible enterprise - to improve on what was considered the top of the top Sicilian red wines of the new generation. But may think they have. The palate notes the caressing elegant tannins that give it a long, warm persistent finish. As a result Firriato has taken the wine world by storm since entering the market in 2001. The wineyard is considered to be producing one of the very best of the new generation of Sicilian red wines.

Merotto
From the second half of the 1900's the Merotto's experienced new and interesting developments. In the 1980's the winery began to produce sparkling wine, the so called "Charmat" method and since then all the processes of wine-making are made there: the crushing of the grapes, the controlled fermentation of the musts, the process of acquiring its sparkling and finally the exclusive labelling and packaging operations. The flagship wine here, of course, is Prosecco, all D.O.C. of Valdobbiadene.

Hildenbrand
In 1825 the Cillie family appeared to have become the new owner of today's "Rhebokskloof". Some hundreds of hectares of land can claim to have covered the slopes on the foot of "Hawekwa Mountains" including the valley of the "Spruitrivier", being one of the oldest farms in the Wellington area. The Cillie family ran this picturesque spot for seven generations leaving historical footprints. In 1853, a wine cellar of remarkable size and architecture for those days has been erected. Forty years later, in 1893, one of the family's member, Piet (California) Cillie who returned from a journey to America, planted the first olive orchard in South Africa on this particular farm.

Biondi Santi
The Tuscan estate of Biondi Santi was originally founded in 1840 and is now runing under the skillful operation of the family's 6th generation.
A slow ageing wine, the Brunello Biondi Santi evolves with the passing of the years and develops extraordinary perfumes and flavours while always remaining lively and persistent. Burton Anderson defined the Brunello Biondi Santi as a “wine for meditation”: very persistent, giving off delicate perfumes even after the glass is already empty.
